Alpha Chapter University of Arizona Status: Inactive
On October 12, 2000, the eleven Founding Mothers came together and began their journey. After many months of sisterhood, research and dedication, Delta Chi Lambda was born. With the help of their advisor, Wellington Chu, the proper steps were taken to build the backbone of what is now DChiL. Official recognition at the University of Arizona under Panhellenic took place in June 2002.
Delta Chi Lambda Beta Colony was created on February 27, 2010 at Arizona State University. Eight charter sisters worked hard alongside their pledge mom, Andrea Dimacale, to create the foundation of DChiL at ASU. On December 12, 2010, Beta colony officially became Delta Chi Lambda Beta Chapter.
Delta Chi Lambda Gamma Colony was established on September 3, 2011. With persistence, hard work, dedication, diligence, and passion for Delta Chi Lambda, the Gamma Colony officially became Delta Chi Lambda Gamma Chapter on April 15, 2012. Today, Delta Chi Lambda Gamma Chapter is known as the first Asian-American Interest sorority at Northern Arizona University.
