Delta Chi Lambda's first priority is academics.  It is one of the key elements that build the foundation of success during college years.  We support and encourage our sisters to achieve academic excellence by providing numerous academic services as well as a GPA requirement.  We strive to balance academics with sorority activities through time management, organization, and overall responsibility. 

Delta Chi Lambda provides its sisters with a lifetime of sisterhood and loyalty that will endure for years after she leaves the University. Our sisterhood comprises of a number of unique bonds shared between the different roles in our sorority, such as big sisters, pledge sisters (the class in which a sister rushes, pledges, and crosses with), and pledge moms. We also provide our sisters with sisterhoods, or events that give us the opportunity to bond with one another. Delta Chi Lambda's sisterhood is truly unique as we shared a bond so deep, it cannot be described by words and may only be understood through experience.

Delta Chi Lambda provides its sisters with opportunities for leadership positions. Our Chapters have Executive Board positions that are elected yearly, while the Chapter Officer positions are elected each semester. We instill a sense of credibility and responsibility in our members which assist in leadership in and outside of Delta Chi Lambda. 

Our chapters participates in various philanthropic and community service activities on campus and in their local community. In addition, we emphasize unity among chapters through our common goal in supporting the United Nations World Food Programme as our national philanthropy.
